I'm sorry, I'm a little confused. How do we get on to the admitted students website without formal acceptance?
Need help!

c00guy, you should have received an email from the admissions officer who called you with details on how to get on to the admitted students website. You do not need to accept the admission offer until you have made up your mind.

Hmm, haven't received any email yet! Is there anyone else who's yet to get the email?

Should I email the Admissions Office yet as I haven't received the login/pw details? Just wondering if they forgot about me!

Two things: 1) has anyone specifically set up their Booth email address, or does this automatically happen when you create your username? When do we start using this email/did anyone use it to sign up for admit weekend? 2) Did many ppl receive their packages in the mail? I haven't yet, but am excitedly waiting...

I just received the Admit Weekend email from the Admissions Office which has the link to the admitted students website. But still don't have any login details. Seems pretty strange, I've already contacted the Admissions Office

I'm on the waitlist... I'm assuming I can submit a higher GMAT score to them as "additional information"?

Please someone tell me otherwise if they're not accepting updated GMAT scores for waitlisters...

Not a whole lot we haven't already seen. Offer letter (very similar to offer email), welcome letters, admit weekend info, etc. Scholarship details and guidelines (must maintain minimum of 2.33 GPA).

Of course you can .... A stronger GMAT score cannot harm your application, can it? So, if I were you, I would definitely send the info ... and I am assuming here that it is more than just 10-20 points of an increment (for scores less than 700 initially).

On the contrary, schools almost expect you to do that. Its an objective way of strengthening your profile and many of your fellow waitlisters will definitely do so.

I received a \$45000 per year fellowship for Booth, and now I'm so confused!

Do I take the Stanford offer, my top choice with no guaranteed money, or go for Booth?

Booth for me. Not a great lot of difference between the two. And \$45k is just huge amount of money to pass up. It would have been a toughie it were a tier 2, but a clear winner for me here. Btw, what do you guys eat??

Wow! I didn't know that Booth awarded that much up front. Congrats.

Go with your gut. You just said Stanford is your top choice. Isn't that your answer right there?

WOW! Congratulations on the admits and the fellowship.

If west coast VC is what you are gunning for, Stanford may be the answer. But for most other things, I would think \$45k/yr at Booth is too much to walk away from.

My good side agrees. My bad side wants you to pass that up to save some more moolah for the rest of us!
I'm sure you will be fine wherever you are, just a matter of where you want to be and how much you value that money...

Btw yes more people join the FB. It's awfully quiet...
