“…..You'd better not cry!
You'd better not pout!
I'm telling you why,
Santa Claus is comin' to town.
He's making a list
and checking it twice….”

I know GSB is no Santa Clause with his failure to deliver a gift to some gmatclubers this week, but he does come to town. Here is a list of 25 US cities where GSB will host receptions for its MBA programs, primarily their PT in January. You can go to the GSB part time admissions to register to attend.

Seattle, WA January 15, 2008 Renaissance Seattle Hotel

San Francisco, CA January 16, 2008 JW Marriott San Francisco

Boston, MA January 17, 2008 Marriott Boston Long Wharf

New York, NY January 22, 2008 New York Marriott East Side Hotel

Philadelphia, PA January 23, 2008 Marriott Philadelphia West

Washington DC January 24, 2008 JW Marriott Pennsylvania Avenue

Atlanta, GA January 29, 2008 JW Marriott Buckead Atlanta

Schaumburg, IL January 31, 2008 Chicago Marriott Schaumburg

Minneapolis, MN February 5, 2008 Minneapolis Marriott City Center

Detroit, MI February 6, 2008 Marriott Detroit at the Renaissance Center

Naperville, IL February 7, 2008 La Sorella di Francesca

Houston, TX February 12, 2008 Houston Marriott West Loop by the Galleria

Dallas, TX February 13, 2008 Hotel Crescent

St. Louis, MO February 14, 2008 Renaissance St. Louis Grand and Suites Hotel

Cleveland, OH February 19, 2008 Marriott Cleveland Downtown at Key Center

Cincinnati, OH February 20, 2008 Marriott Kingsgate Conference Center Hotel at the University of Cincinnati

Columbus, OH February 21, 2008 Renaissance Columbus

Quad Cities, IA February 26, 2008 TPC Deere Run

Peoria, IL February 27, 2008 River Station

Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL February 27, 2008 Marriott Tampa Waterside Hotel and Marina

Omaha, NE February 28, 2008 Omaha Marriott Hotel

Indianapolis, IN March 4, 2008 Indianapolis Marriott East

Kansas City, MO March 5, 2008 Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza

Milwaukee, WI March 6, 2008 Milwaukee Art Museum

Deerfield, IL March 11, 2008 Marriott Deerfield Suites

Chicago GSB is probably the only M7 School which visits all major US cities for the benefits of its MBA students, primarily their prospective weekend MBAs. I know they would have a handful of local GSB alums on hand to share experience and network with. I wish I knew there was such a program a few years ago. I like the fact that students from all over the country from Seattle to Boston fly to Chicago every weekend to get the same GSB degree. It must have a lot to offer to attract such devotees.

I must say I was most impressed by the number of GSB Alums at the San Jose event. There were *15* of them, including the CEO of Seagate (now bought by Maxtor I think?).
