a The percentage of households with an annual income of \$100,000 is higher in City Y than in City X. No, doesn't have to be. We are not given any information about that
b City X has the second highest percentage of households with an annual income of \$70,000 or more. We don't know. What about other cities?
c Some households in City X have an annual income between \$50,000 and \$70,000. Yes, because city x has the highest percentage of households with an annual income HIGHER than \$50,000
d The number of households with an annual income of more than \$50,000 is greater in City X than in City Y. We don't know about numbers of housholds
e Average annual household income is higher in City Y than in City X. Not known
