Don't waste your time using the split Compare to/ compare with until GMAC states in an OFFICIAL PROBLEM that such a difference exists.

As far as I know there hasn't been an official problem in which the correct answer choice is because that difference, so don't use that split; it can lead you to incorrect answer choices. There will be always another problem with the sentence.

if someone knows an official problem in which that difference is the only one between two answers, one correct and the other incorrect, please post that problem

But similar things are compared here such as Native Americans, or for that matter people are compared so why not use "compare to"? What different things are compared?

i got the ans...'compare to' is used while comparing different things and 'compare with' is used for comparing similar things...here 'compare with' is used coz similar things ' native americans' are compared.
