E: leading between.....Continuous tense is Wrong.

D: leading to ...systems serving.... Continuous tense is Wrong.

C: have led....Present perfect tense is Wrong. ( work got earlier in past and is not continuing in the present. ) FOR serving... is again wrong idiomatic expression and also uses wrong tense

B: to the construction.... to serve...OKAY parallelism is maintained. "have led" is the Present Prefect Tense, which is wrong, because work/construction was done within the specified period and not continuing till now!

A: Good! no mistake

A should be the answer!

what is OA?

I asked earlier too, for some other question, could you please specify source for your questions? They are indeed nice and might help others too in the forum!

A for the correct tense. BC are in present perfect tense. D/E are passive.

LM,
There is no specific source . But of most of the verbal questions are picked from other forums( urch), questions that did not have proper explanation.
Regarding Quant , I have a list of hard questions and few permutations question compilations .They are floating around some thread here. If you don't have PM me , I can mail you.
