Hi its my first time preparing for the GMATS.

I am trying to figure out how to make a study strategy, but I am confused on where to begin.

I have purchased all 8 of the MGMAT study guides and all three of the OGs.
I am planning to take a sample test first to see where I stand, but after that what should I do?

Should I start with the OG? and how?

or should I start tackling the MGMAT guides? I noticed the guides are numbered 1-8. Is there a specific one to start with, or is it ok to start with guide 1 and work my way through?

ANY advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

Hello ccn,

Welcome to the gmatclub.
I would suggest you to take tht ediagnostic test first and then according to your weaknesses , go ahead with the MGMAt / other strategy guides.
Before you start OG , it is very important that you man-down the basic concepts.
MGMAT guides are very good for SC / math.
For CR you may have to look for PowerScore CR.
I did not use anything for RC other than thread discussions by rhyme here at Gmatclub.

Thanks for all the help!

I'll start with the diagnostic test, and go from there.
