Let's take a<b<c.
Max(a,b,c)+Min(a,b,c)=c+a+13
Median(a,b,c)-Mean(a,b,c)=b-(a+b+c)/3=2 => 2b-(a+c)=6 ; Substituting the value of a+c => 2b=19,hence b=9.5.
