Looks like acceptances for the first wave of R1 applicants went out yesterday and they are working on the second wave of interviews now. Congrats to all who were accepted.

Please tell me this is just speculation? No acceptance here, even though interviewed. Now Im afraid to check my status/

As I understand it, Cornell is still working through the interview invites for R1, right? I suppose then, R2 invites are quite far away.

There have been a few acceptances on BTG today. My guess is acceptances will trickle in this week because of late interview invites.

As speculative as it can get ;)

Tons of calls went out yesterday, just a few today and a ton of invites to interview. Im on the same boat as you are, no acceptance plus interview

On the other hand, calls started to go out late in the afternoon yesterday, so they might have preferred to send invites earlier today and then call admitted students later on the day - who knows...

"Tons" of calls went out yesterday?? I sure hope not (and hope that we're just waiting for acceptances). Or by call did you mean interview requests...

Scroll back a few pages, people were called yesterday and informed they were admitted, very few calls to admit students today.

Calls went out yesterday after 5pm - so there is still hope
