As per D "disease" involves the introduction of a dye into the arteries of the heart, but as per original intent it is not disease but the method (Coronary angiography) involves the introduction of a dye into the arteries of the heart.

Clearly C.
all othere options lead to--> disease invovling the introduction of dye
C says, Coronary angiography involvles in the introduction of dye.
