Could you evaluate my profile?

Hi Alex:
I'm applying for business school soon, unsure of which schools (or range of) to target.
Here is my profile:
Undergrad: University of Wisconsin, double major in Finance and Real Estate, Cumulative GPA: 3.5
Master in Accounting: University of Texas, GPA: 4.0
Work Experience: 3 years at Big 4 firm working in the Transaction Advisory Group
GMAT: 740
I know I will have to explain "why MBA" after getting a masters in accounting, but I am a good writer and will write a compelling essay.
Given the above statistics, which schools should I focus on? In other words, what's a stretch but possible with a bit of luck, what's my sweet spot, and what's my safety?
Here is what I'm thinking:
Stretch: Columbia, Kellogg, Tuck, Booth
Sweet: NYU, Darden, Haas, UCLA, Michigan
Safety: UNC, Texas
Thanks so much for running the MBAApply blog, it's a really helpful resource.
