Two things you can do to improve in CR are learn some key strategies and practice untimed to develop skill in analyzing the relationships between answer choices and passages.
By learning strategies, you can improve the way you go about answering questions. There are some key aspects of answering CR questions, for instance identifying how a conclusion is supported, such that, if you know about them and include them every time you answer a type of question, you'll achieve better results.
Then, once you understand the basic steps you should take in answering CR questions of each type, you can develop your skill in taking those steps and figuring out what's going on in the questions by taking all the time you need to answer each question and arrive at an answer that you are virtually sure is correct.
