The most important skill for CR is to understand the argument only then you will be able to apply strategies.

I would recommend spending more time with questions if its in the initial stage of your prep take 5 questions and analyze them for 30 minutes. Quality over quantity :)

It will give you some useful ideas.

I also love the Veritas CR book. It discusses various question types in detail and and draws your attention to the important points. The awesome thing about the book is that it doesn't overwhelm you with information not relevant to GMAT; it is very focused and provides you lots of practice questions too.
