A mini-note for Inference/ Must Be True questions from powerScore:

 This type does not contain a conclusion.
 A reader has to predict the occurrence.
 All information resides in the stimulus.
 One cannot bring in information outside the stimulus.
 The correct answers should be selected from the facts stated in the stimulus.
 One has to be aware of could be true answer options which are incorrect.

Hi all,
Question - How common are boldface questions on GMAT nowadays?
For some unexplained reason - I just cannot get them right.
I have seen several videos and read multiple tactics to tackle these. Currently, I am using one of the tactics I found to make the most sense to me and it is trying to understand each boldface part for itself and then try to eliminate answers that do not match BF I for example... Then with the options left I try repeating with BF II. But, I keep getting to the same point I eliminate 3 answers, not sure which one of the last two should I eliminate because I do not fully understand one of the BF parts enough, and then I for some unexplained reason select the wrong one. Just had 3 questions in one verbal set and got all 3 wrong.

Any help?

Thanks

They are still relatively common in my experience - keep working towards process of elimination. Can you post the questions you got wrong here?
