Please critique my game plan. I've been reading through the debriefings on these forums.

For next 2 weeks I will use Kaplan Premier, Kaplan WB's, and PR WB's for general review of basics and concepts.
Take GmatPrep to establish baseline
Then move on to OG12, OG review WB's, and MGMAT SC+RC guides to bump me up into 700's.
Total time commitment ~14 weeks.

Does that sound fine? Will I need Kaplan800? Should I be using the answer sheet (time tracker) in the first 2 week review?

Your first 2 weeks plan looks fine, and the rest of the weeks plan depends on you diagonistic score as if your quant and CR is bad then recommend the MGMAT quant series and POWERSCORE CR bible

you have not mentioned anything about the practices other than OG, which I would say is not enough for a 700+.

For now I would concentrate on the 2 week plan and then layout a detailed plan

Welcome back!
I agree - focus on getting out of the gate and take the GMAT Prep. Then you can work out a master plan. Make sure to plan and set goals. Get a "GMAT Calendar" if you need one to pencil your practice test schedule and results as well.
