INSEAD expects at least 2Y+ full-time experience, and it's critical to demonstrate maturity, professional impact, and leadership progression. Also, test score is missing, INSEAD looks for 695+ GMAT or ~325 GRE equivalents.

You have solid raw materials, but INSEAD will need clarity on job experience and a test score to make this a strong shot.
