You have absolutely nothing to worry about as far as the delayed graduation is concerned. A non-issue, no worries, etc. You seem to have a fair amount of leadership and/or impact for your career stage -- I like the project manager title in patricular. So if you can get above a 650 and ideally in the 690-700 area, you should have no trouble getting into Babson, Boston C., or Boston U. You should definitely apply to MIT Sloan as a reach school as well. I don't think HBS is realistic.

Oh yes, any evidence of fast-track career progression is always helpful. You should be very competitive for Georgetown's part-time program.
