I would say D

I was left with C and d but D is better.
It's a complex sentence.

I say A - B D and E are wrong for using the word "would." C is wrong because "convinced,......,would" is incorrect.

A for me.

Because
1) should use "will" instead of "would"
2) considered + "that"
3) perfer A to B

A looks good.

D, E are eliminated for using "fact...."

B uses the wrong tense when comparing bank customers and airline customers

C missing "that"

A should be correct.

D and E are out because despite is followed by noun pharse not a clause.

the choice is among A, B and C. C has awakwad noun pharse with purchasing. Between A and B, B has two flaws. first the tense is incorrect with would. we need will to express executives' predicition. second, the appositive is misplaced. it should be after that because the appositive is used here to make a comparision between people using bank tellers and travellers using travel agents. to do so, it should be after that as is in A.

good question.

Nice question, A for me too, but what's wrong with E and "would"?
