The answer is no. Diagonals of a parallelogram bisect its angles only if it is a rhombus, so only if all four sides of the parallelogram are equal.

A rectangle is a special parallelogram (such that angles are 90 degrees). All properties of a parallelogram will be applicable to a rectangle (and some extra ones will be applicable too).
Since the diagonal of a rectangle does not split the 90 degree angle into 45 degree angles each, same will be true for a parallelogram too.

On the other hand, the diagonal of a rhombus splits the angle (whatever it may be) into equals.

thanx , and for this reason this parallelogram is actually a rhombus . I am attaching the picture.its GMAT OG 2016, NO 139. where can I find this type of special feature all for geometry?
