Disciplinary and background check question

I am applying to a few top ten b schools. I feel that I am a competitive candidate (over 700 gmat, over 3.2, premed undergrad, division 1 sports, underrepresented minority) but I have a dilemma. In college, I got in trouble for arguing with a security guard after he made a racist comment after I had been out drinking (I was 21 at the time)and had to meet with my coach and dean about it. It was no big deal and my coach recommended some things I do to make sure I have a good senior year and any stipulations were lifted as soon as the season started. The situatuation was handled by my coach and dean so I am back and forth on whether to include this. I do not want to hide it and it come out later, but i also do not want to put myself in a negative light, if I don't have to. The whole situation was handled by my college through my coach and dean and after I began the season playing well, any stipulations (dont be seen at the parties in the on campus apartments, live with another team captain to keep out of trouble) were lifted? Any advice, will this be found on background checks? It occured over six years ago and I have no clue how to handle it.
