Hello everyone, I've been a member for 4 days and haven't logged off since.
Sometime last month, I purchased OG11 and tackled the 'Math Review', but found that it was a bit thin in terms of explanatory content and examples. Naively, this was the only book I
thought I needed. Fortunately, it prompted me to research supplemental material and I stumbled across GMATClub. I haven't been here long but I feel
very lucky to have discovered this board well before I take my test. It's even convinced me that with enough time/dedication, theres enough resources here to shoot for a 700+.
So enough of that, I have used GMATClub to narrow my Quant Prep down to: (this is where I need your help)
1.
Manhattan GMAT Math Guides
2. EZ Solutions
3. GMAT Math Bible - Jeff Sackmann
I'm not really looking for a comparison since most people would only focus on one but I guess my question is, which series is catered towards the "math challenged"? In reality, I'm not, but I prefer to have a thorough understanding/explanations in front of me, even if the concept is simple/basic. I'm leaning towards EZ Solutions but I've also been reading great things about
MGMAT series. I have 5 months to prepare, can anyone give some insight/experiences w/ any of the above 3?
Thanks in advance!
