From Question - D is an integer and d>0.
Statement 1: just says d is even. For d=2 question stem does not satisfy but for d=4,6 it satisfies. Insufficient.
Statement 2: d= 2 or 3 so the factors could be (1,2) and (1,3). Both are not greater than 1. Sufficient.
