Hey guys,

I have been a silent member of this forum for a long time. I mainly read the Test experiences nof several top scorers. I used to wish that one day I will have my testimony in this forum. Finally here it is:
Just came back from test center. 740. Would have loved to qualify for MENSA with a score of 750, but I am not going to ruin that my enjoyment.

Quant was tougher.. Couldn't manage the time. Had to solve last 12 questions in 12 minutes. Actually, I hadn't practiced quant at all except solving the problems while taking up tests. I think I paid the price. Verbal was simpler than GMATPREP.
Here are my test scores
GMATPREP1 760: Without OG studies
GMATPREP2 770: Without OG studies
Kaplan: 660-710
Princeton: 710

My background: 29/M/IT 8 years of experience.

I think that is an excellent score, congratulations. Always enlightening to see the disparity between people's natural skill-sets, but I would say you did a good job managing time at the end in quant, I could have studied for 6 more months and may never have reached a 49Q. I'm a warm and fuzzy type apparently. Good Luck on apps.

No. I said without studying OG. I had studied from Kaplan and Princeton.
