First, please don't post OA until we have had a chance to view and answer your question. This will help you get better analysis and also helps other posters by giving them practice problems.

To answer your question, like compares nouns. You are comparing a phrase or clause therefore you need as. D is too wordy and awkward and E is much more concise.
