insufficient info. x - number of offices with 200 square feet, y - 300, z - 350.

(12, 12, 10) = 34 and (15, 10, 10) = 35 satisfy both conditions.

1: we can have 1 300 and 46 200's --> 9500-300 -> 9200/200

or 2 350's and 44 200's 9500-700 -> 8800/200 = 44

Insuff.

2: insuff tells us nothing.

We know that there is 9500-3500 --> 6000 sq ft left among the 200's and 300's. There are several possibilities here. So this is insuff.
