The refusal of each of the five parties to acknowledge each other is disparaging.

"each other" is used to 2 objects/persons...............whereas "one another" is for more than 2 objects/persons

So will go with (B)

I will also pick second option i.e. The refusal of each of the five parties to acknowledge one another is disparaging.

Since number of parties inolved here is more than two so it needs to be one another.
