I've been out of school for several years and recently decided to apply to business schools. Before the programs start, however, I am taking several prerequisite undergraduate courses to better understand business and finance. One course requires an online access code which includes an ebook. I don't need a physical copy, but I have never taken a class without a book in front of me to mark up and highlight. Can anyone speak to how well you can learn from simply the ebook as opposed to a physical textbook?

In my opinion, its the same as with a physical copy. For me, there is no difference. The main thing - is desire to gain knowledge.

I like physical books because I can highlight and do a lot of commenting in them. But it's actually not very difficult for me to study with ebooks.

I am old school and i like flipping back and forth and be able to pick it up any time without having to charge it or worry about social media notifications taking me off track.
