Can't disagree. Indeed, the speaking section is the most stressful one, as it gives very little time to prepare and you are asked to provide a response lasting for 45-60 minutes.
During my second attempt (scored 110), after living for >2y in the United States, I have not had problems with Speaking, yet during my first attempt (Scored 94-back in December 2011), I was somehow nervous, taking into consideration that I never ever spoke with someone who did not speak my native/second language.
Writing will seem a piece of cake, though, for those who prepare for GMAT, as the logical construction of the essay is very well-known, and providing reasons for TOEFL writing topics isn't that hard.

Interesting that it's free. I can't believe that with TOEFL I have to pay even for sending my results to schools
