elevator speech essay

Washington U.(Olin) has this for an essay(the topic is quite famous in the industry):
"You step into an elevator and find the president of the company that is your number one choice for a summer internship. You have only 2 minutes to convince her that you possess the qualities that will make you the best candidate for the position and that Olin has fully prepared you for that internship. What will you say?" 325 words. FYI, 325 words = 2 minutes of speaking.
My question is should I create the scenario wherein I name the company, the president and job, and address him/her in lieu of my background...or should I just generalize by saying " I approached the president of the company" and talk about my general qualities?
Also,whats the best approach to an elevator speech essay?
