EMBA - Wharton Vs. Duke

Hi All,
First of all, a big thank you to all the GMATClub members and admins for all the valuable resources made available for GMAT prep and MBA admissions in general.
I recently got admitted into Wharton (San Francisco) and Duke EMBA programs and am having a little bit of a hard time justifying the additional $65K that Wharton charges. Logistically both schools are the same distance for me and traveling to either locations will not be an issue. I am in the financial services industry and am not planning to make a career change after MBA. Wharton obviously has a bigger network and a better ranking. However is that really worth the extra $65K that they charge (Wharton San Fran is about $175 Vs. Duke charges about $110K)
Have others had the same dilemma and what other factors did you consider? Would love to hear opinions.
Thanks Sunny

In my research, I felt like that EMBA is more about learning and less about the prestige of a school, since most of the people who are entering the program already have extensive experience, and, like you, are not looking to change career.
