Not to get overwhelmed by an apparently complex passage, let’s first fall back on grammar. ‘Capable of’ is the right idiom; capable for, capable to, has the capability of are all wrong. B, D, E are gone. Between A and C, A is not conveying the right meaning; First of all, it should be 'a field that many researchers believe' and not 'a field many researchers believe that'. In addition, In C, the phrase, ‘revolutionizing medicine through the development of treatments based on the regeneration of human tissue', carries the intended meaning more clearly than what is said in A.
