I am puneeth from India working in a bank as a test engineer. I have a work ex of 37 months. This prompted me to get a mba.
I have attempted GMAT thrice and failed miserably.
1. 510 ( q45 v17)
2. 450
3. 550 ( q 47 v 20)

I put in a lot of effort for the third attempt but the efforts failed. So I cancelled my score. My aim was 680. During practice I could apply whatever I learnt especially for sc. But during GMAT I blew it , I am clueless on what to do now.

Is it time to call of my pursuit of GMAT ??

Only way to get a better score is to spend more time solving questions. I see that your verbal scores are the problem. Try concentrating on the verbal section and dedicate more time for verbal. You may even connect with the GMAT experts and instructors to analyse your weakness and get advice on how to overcome that. If you have really put in a lot of efforts in your studies, you definitely scored much better than your previous attempts. Yes, studying is hard, specially when you are working full time. I wouldn't have cancelled my score and if there is an option to reinstate it - I would do so, rather than cancelling the best score out of all 3 you got. In case - you decide to pursue your MBA with these three attempts. Not sure, what colleges you are aiming, but you can get into colleges with this score and a strong profile.
