Please describe how your experience, your education, and your graduate training at this school and your future career plans relate to each other.

Does this question mean:
Your previous education and experience and your graduate training at this school
or
Your education, experience and graduate training at this school.

I think your first one is correct. Previous Education, previous experience and your 'will be' graduate training at this school.

But I'd advise you to just give them a call and verify it. I don't possibly see how it could be any different, but you neve know.

Could be either frankly. How does this school's education, and experience get you to X?

I do think they mean background education, background experiencec, and this school get you there.

My interpretation is (1).

Under the second one, the three clauses are redundant -- your education is part of your experience, and how is your "graduate training" different from your education ?
