Hi,

Can I use very old story for the following question?

Describe a situation in which you provided a solution that met with resistance. How did you address this situation?

I have held two jobs so far. Can I mentione a story from my previous job which I left 5 years back? (So the story happened 6-7 years back).

I do have another story from my current position, but it is not as impressive as the first one.

Thanks

You certainly can use a stroy from five years, but I can't say whether you should use that story without seeing the rest of your applications and knowing much more about you.

Good luck!
