Okay the school I applied for is asking for a essay that address evidence (other than my GPA or GMAT score) which demonstrates my capacity to perform well in graduate school. I do not even know where to begin, exactly what are they asking for. Any tips or hints?

Examples of:

- Leadership
- Your ability to learn quickly
- Your ability to multi-task
- Your ability to work in teams
- Your ability to communicate well
- Your ability to connect disparate learning and articulate a position
- Your ability to comb through reams of data and articulate a position

All of these things would be examples you could use to evidence your capacity to perform well in grad school
