In short, the biggest risk with you is being lost in the shuffle along with the other finance professionals applying.
However, assuming your applications are solid, you still have some chance of getting in -- HBS and Wharton will be big stretches (pretty good shot of going 0-for-2 on these; you may get an interview at Wharton, maybe a waitlist candidate) -- it's not really your GPA or undergrad school, it's just that you don't have much of an angle that is distinguishable from the others (being diabetic and doing some volunteer work isn't really enough because most finance types will have some sort of mini-pet project they like outside of school or work; doesn't mean it's not worth talking about in your essays or interview, but it's not something that will put you over the top). By all means apply because there's folks like you at these schools, but consider it a lottery ticket.
Columbia (Early Decision), Chicago, Kellogg and Sloan -- you should be competitive for. Hard to say whether you'd get into all four, but I'd say at least one or two of them assuming your applications are solid and you can genuinely show that you'd be a fit for these schools.
