What does everyone think of my chances of part-time programs like NYU, UCLA, and Berkeley?
27 year old
Liberal Arts College 3.28
Study abroad in England (two semesters at oxford university)
GMAT 700
3 professional designations
Worked in Insurance Industry for 4 years
Active in sports and doing some volunteer

You should be competitive at those schools if you have some leadership roles at work and, ideally, on the volunteer side.
