Questions:
1. How will two years of WE in the government with excellent letters of recommendation fair in the top schools? Would I gain a lot in my application by waiting even though I'd really prefer to apply for 2010?
2. What can I do to significantly improve my profile for top schools?
3. Does it make a difference that I am female? I only ask because as an undergraduate I remember reading a few articles that said b-schools were accepting exceptionally qualified females with less WE in order to balance their male/female ratios.
Thank you in advance for your suggestions!
