To me , this was quite straight compared to a few questions I have attempted recently. Clean splits as below:

Even though through technology numerous practical inventions have been created to assist people, there is still many barriers preventing the complete integration of the disabled into the working sphere and
other sectors of society.

A. Even though through technology numerous practical inventions have been created to assist people, there is still many barriers preventing the complete integration of the disabled into the working sphere and --> error: is for plural 'barriers'; also 'preventing' to some extent; its not parallel to the rest of past perfect tense (have been created)

B. Even though through technology numerous practical inventions have been created to assist people, there are still many barriers preventing the complete integration of the disabled into the working sphere as well as --> 'as well as not needed; not correct also

C. Through technology, numerous practical inventions have been created to assist people although there is still many barriers that prevent the complete integration of the disabled into the working sphere and --> 'is'

D. Through technology, numerous practical inventions have been created to assist people although there are still many barriers that prevent the complete integration of the disabled into the working sphere and --> corrects 'is' to 'are' and preventing to 'that prevent' --so correct

E. Numerous practical inventions have been created to assist people through technology although there are still many barriers that prevent the complete and full integration of the disabled into the working sphere and --> needs a semi colon between technology and although; as a complete sentence its not correct construction

Hello, Namrata1234 - I don't think D changes the meaning, please go through the previous explanations for the same question by experts.

How do you like this question? Does it maybe deserve the "Debatable OA" tag?

No doubt it should be B. Usage of "Although" is reverse in case of D.

Meaning:
Although numerous invention, (but) no integration.
