Correct Option A.
- (Which) refer to Base camp.
- Parallelism
hunted antelope, gazelles, and bison ,and
feastedon turtles, hares, and ostrich eggs.

Wrong Option B
- they hunted antelope, gazelles, bison
(No conjunction to end the Noun list)

Wrong Option C
- haunted and feasting Parallelism flaw

Wrong Option D
- haunted and feasting Parallelism flaw
- Wrong usage of "and" demean the sentence purpose of staying at base camp, which evidence shows their presence.

Wrong Option E
Though has no parallelism error but has structure error, as mentioned in option D flaw.
