Hi,
Today, I took mock 2 from Exam Pack 1 and for some reason I founded all of the questions to be super easy. Upon checking the difficulty level on GMATClub for each of the question, I was shocked to know that 28 of my questions were sub600 level. Even more surprising thing is my first 22 questions were all sub600 level questions. This has never happened to me before. Usually, my exam consists of medium level to hard level questions. My verbal section on the other hand was pretty identical to the other official mocks I have taken. I still picked up a Q51; however, I feel like this was super unrealistic.
I was wondering does anyone know if there may have been a glitch that happened during my quant section? Has anyone gone through something like this before as well especially on an official exam? I feel a bit cheated because I know very well the quant on the real exam is nothing like what I have seen today on my mock.
Thanks!
The exam packs have a relatively small pool of questions (tests 3 and 4 share the same pool of questions), so that could be one reason that you didn't see too many tough questions on your second test. However, when this happens, the algorithm is particularly hard on any mistakes, so your accuracy must have been very high. Another thing to consider here is that there could be a lot of people who are very good at math doing questions on the forum.
What are your quant scores usually like?
