oh wait a minute, is the argument already assuming that the Private Delivery Services is always considered not badly managed? if that's the case, than I can understand why C can weaken the argument. But honestly guys, how are we suppose to know that the pivate delivery services are considered not badly managed? we don't live in the U.S., you know? so it's like the GMAT guys are asking us to know soooooooooo much about the norms in the U.S. without having lived there? I think that's too much of an unrealistic expectation.

you see, i live in a country where everything is pretty much corrupted. So both the private and postal delivery services in the country that I am currently living in are always badly managed. so how am i suppose to expect that things are different in the U.S.?? Can't they just leave all that for me to discover WHEN i visit the U.S.??? very biased exam....

OA is E ?? surprising..

Guys, I have a question. can postal services be included in consumer ( services/ goods-> the statement does not say )

If by consumer prices.. E means prices of consumer goods.. then E should be the answer..
Does consumer include the services ?

Now I'm more interested in where you live. Forget the question
