We need Makes !!!since message is singular !!!

A B C out

Between D and E !!!hmmmm
D is better we are saying not all of my money !!!
invest my money seems redundant !! it ca be just invest !! hence Eliminating E !!

i suppose there must be better logic !! waiting for OE and OA

IMO D

I will go with D. Reason: The original sentence says".....all my money....". Therefore, I would keep that language since it is CORRECT.

The message is singular so A) B) and C) are out

Between D) and E) , E) changes meaning

IMO D)

E. makes me feel fortunate that I did not invest my money in NASDAQ stocks.

D seems correct
'all of my money' is needed to show that some money was invested but not all, E means that he did not invest in stocks at all.
