Dear friends, I would ask you a curiosity.
There are some business school that in the on-line application process require a self-report of the test and the PDF copy of the official score attached. They do not require official results sent by GMAC.
My question is simple ... A candidate could easily modify the PDF of the official score taking advantage of the fact that these universities, not having the results posted by GMAC, cannot proceed to counter check the score (unless they would not have a direct internal database to check it, which I don't think they have).
Of course, don't get me wrong!! I've never think to do such a horrible thing, first of all because I got 710 on the test, but i am really inerested to understand how this process works.
Don't you think that if this were true, we are facing a likely super-scandal?
I hope I explained well. I would like to know what do you think about this story....
Many schools require you to send scores electronically directly from GMAC even for evaluating your application so you can't falsify anything there...and for other schools that ask you to self report at the time of evaluation they will require you to submit electronic scores when you are offered admission so again you can't falsify anything...so we are not facing a super-scandal.....anyways schools are not that foolish to easily believe you they verify everything so chill out
