do so is the correct usage. B, C & D are out.

Between A & E , I will pick E because we need an action/verb which so can refer back to.

What is the OA? Where are these Q's from?

I choose A as my answer. The reason I didn't like E is that "be denied" is passive, whereas "is undeniable" is more active.

Another D....."do so" requires action verb to compare to.

Yes rightly said they attempt to deny ,hence we need cannot be denied.else is undeniable just is a sentence who is denying is wrong!!
i messed up marking A
