Hey,

I am graduate level student and I want to do MBA in first tier university in Finance.
My question is:
Where to work? Since experience plays a crucial role in MBA applications. I am thinking of big four Audit companies in my country (Central Asia), or particularly Ernst&Young though it is not directly related to my future major MBA or another choice is governmnetal organization, as Ministry of Finance or Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

What do you advice which option would help me to compete with gurus from India and others?

Thank you in advance

Ferihere

Sorry, I had a hard time understanding your question. But what jobs you hold and what you accomplish are MUCH more important than where you work. Focus on finding a job where you can make a real impact, advance quickly, and demonstrate leadership abilities. Admissions officers are going to care about these things much more than the name of the company or even the industry where you have worked.
