For a certain calender quarter, monthly sales by vendor X were less in December then they were in October. Total monthly sales by vendor X changed by what percent from October to November?

(1) During October , Vendor Xhad total sales of $10,500, and during December, vendor X had total slaes of$9000

(2) The decline in total sales from November to December was equal to the decline in total sales from October to December

B
From 1) we know total sale decline for Dec. and Oct. but nothing about Nov.
From 2) we know that all the decline occured between Nov and Dec and no decline happened between Oct. and Nov. We can conclude decline between Oct-Nov was 0%
