agree on (E). Plural, 'are' is rightly used. And 'with' should be it, not 'each'. it is the shades that have roofs of poles......

Tense problem with E.

They lived, dont anymore...

A is just fine.

i am going with C. E has a tense problem it uses present , simple past should be used.
