A - compares oranges with apples
B - not paralled
C - compares oranges with apples
D - ecomony of X,Y and Z (should be folowed by combined to make sense)

Choices A, B and C, have misplaced modifiers, where, the Dutch Economy is being compared to the Britain, france and Germany.

Choice D, is wrong, as it uses "with" after the list of countries.

E it is.
