For the past 50 years, due to changes in lifestyle and recreational activities, the population of the United States has become increasingly kyphotic, displaying poor posture and spine curvature, and it will probably have what is estimated as 100 million people with back problems next year, more than any other nation in the world will.
The last part of sentence compares by stating "more than any other nation in the world will" which means that we are comparing Country with Country and hence United States/country should feature in the comparison in the underline.

A it will probably have what is estimated as
"It" should ideally refer to population since "population" is the subject of the previous clause. But meaning wise it should refer to USA since comparison ois made between countries. Therefore A is incorrect

B they are likely to have
There is no plural noun that "they" can refer to. Both population and USA are singular

C the country will probably have
This is the correct option for comparing country with country

D there will probably be
Here "100 million" population is getting compared with "any other country" which is incorrect

E there will be an estimated
Same error as D
