For which of the following functions f is f(x) = f(1-x) for all x?

a) f(x) = 1-x
b) f(x) = 1-x^2
c) f(x) = x^2 - (1-x)^2
d) f(x) = x^2(1-x)^2
e) f(x) = x/1-x

f(x) = f(1-x): If we substitute (1-x) in the choice a, b, c, .. below. One of them will not change form.

a) f(1-x) = 1 - (1-x) = 1 - 1 + x = x. Function is changed. False
..
d) f(1-x) = ((1-x)^2)*(1- 1 + x)^2 = (1-x)^2 * x^2. Function remains the same. True
